Workday launched GO Global Payroll, created through an expanded partnership with Remote, as part of the Workday GO offering. Workday GO customers can now use Remote to pay teams globally without leaving their Workday workflows.
As more companies hire beyond their home countries, the need for simplicity now extends across borders. According to Remote’s Global Workforce Report, the average white-collar company now employs talent in at least three countries. To add, hiring globally is increasingly becoming a defining feature of today’s workforce: 86% of companies now employ talent in multiple countries, and HR leaders expect this figure to grow sharply by 2026.
More teams want HR and payroll that work seamlessly everywhere they do business. To deliver that kind of experience globally, Workday needed a partner with scale, compliance expertise, and infrastructure that could make global payroll feel fully integrated.
