Energy Saving Trust is a leading and trusted organisation, dedicated to promoting energy efficiency, low carbon transport and sustainable energy use. We aim to address the climate emergency and deliver the wider benefits of clean energy as we transition to net zero.
The Energy Saving Trust is looking to recruit a Telephone Advisor on a permanent contract to join our team in delivering effective and informative advice to householders on energy efficiency across Wales within our Nest Scheme.
If you have experience working in a call centre, proven ability of delivering high standards of customer service and are interested in energy saving initiatives, we want to hear from you!
We are looking for individuals to join our team who can work independently whilst working towards team targets. Someone who has good IT skills, excellent telephone, and customer care skills.
In this role you will ensure all enquires are answered and accurately recorded within specified service levels and time scales, whilst actively encouraging households to implement energy saving upgrades and behaviours in their home.
The roles available are full-time, permanent positions, which carry a blended working approach. This means that you could be based both at home and in the office. Ability to speak Welsh is highly desirable though not essential. Working hours are Monday -Friday 9am-6pm. No weekend working or Bank Holidays.
