Job Elements

·Day to Day resolution of IT incidents and requests from the business.

·Ensure all incidents and requests are logged via the IT Service Desk and resolved within the SLA period agreed with the business.

·Provide support and training on Microsoft Office 2010 and Lync 2013.

·All hardware inclusive of installation, upgrading and validation of PC’s, laptops, configuration of services, and printer support.

·Creating and managing AD accounts.

·Ensure all IT equipment is maintain to a high level (technically and visually).

·Where directed provide technical support on all on site.

The ideal candidate will have:

·Educated to degree level or equivalent in Information Technology

·Experience of 1st Line IT Support, in particular covering: -

o Microsoft Office experience to Advanced level in at least 2 applications, and supporting and maintaining Access databases

o Good understanding of PC architecture and active directories, along with a working knowledge in a networked environment

·A service orientated individual with excellent prioritising and organisational skills

·Excellent written skills

·Ability to work as part of a team with sound communication skills

·Can do attitude

·Focused to deliver a high standard of Customer support.

·Experience in a Manufacturing environment.
