Receptionist

Location: Wrexham

Hourly pay: 12.71

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8/30am-5pm

Length: Until 9th September

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and providing a warm, professional welcome
• Delivering excellent customer service both face-to-face and over the phone
• Answering incoming calls and dealing with general enquiries
• Supporting the team with day-to-day administrative duties
• Maintaining a professional reception area
• Assisting with general office tasks as required

About You

• Friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused
• Reliable and professional with a positive attitude
• Confident communicating with customers in person and over the telephone
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
• Previous customer service or administration experience would be beneficial but is not essential
