Content Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Content Manager to lead a creative team, oversee content across multiple platforms and play a key role in shaping marketing and communications activity.

In the Content Manager role, you will be:

• Developing and delivering content strategies that support marketing objectives, strengthen brand identity and improve audience engagement.
• Leading and supporting a creative content team, ensuring the production of high-quality content across digital, print and social media platforms.
• Driving SEO and content performance through keyword research, analytics and continuous optimisation.
• Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to plan, develop and deliver targeted content and communications campaigns.
• Managing content calendars, maintaining brand consistency and ensuring content complies with relevant standards and guidelines.
• Monitoring campaign performance, reporting on results and identifying opportunities to improve content effectiveness and user experience.

To be considered for the Content Manager role, you will need:

• Previous experience in a senior content, marketing or communications role with responsibility for developing content strategies.
• Experience leading or mentoring a creative team and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong copywriting, editing and proofreading skills with experience producing content for a range of digital and offline channels.
• Excellent knowledge of SEO, keyword research, content optimisation and digital analytics.
• Strong communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
• A marketing-related degree or professional qualification would be advantageous, along with Welsh language skills, although neither is essential.

This is a full-time temporary opportunity, working Monday to Friday until the end of October 2027, offering £29.50 per hour, plus holiday pay and weekly pay.
