Every day, our teams support nearly 17,000 individuals across Wales with services that make a real and uplifting difference to their everyday lives.

Our name says it all: 'Codi' means _rise_ in Welsh. It reflects who we are, where we come from, and our ambition to lift expectations, lift communities, and lift each other.

About the role

We support three individuals living together in a welcoming house, where we've built long standing and trusting relationships over many years.
The people we support have a wide range of needs, and our approach is just as varied, from managing finances and medication, to health related support, emotional reassurance, building confidence in daily tasks, and accompanying individuals to social outings, hobbies, and meaningful activities in the community.

Our team is passionate about celebrating progress. We take great pride in seeing people grow, achieve new milestones, and gain independence, whether that's mastering a daily living skill, becoming more active within the community, or simply feeling more confident day to day.

We also support three individuals living independently in their own flats within an ILS Hub on the same street. Here, we provide light touch support with maintaining a clean and safe home, shopping, medication prompts, meal preparation, company, meaningful activities, and general reassurance, always with a focus on independence and wellbeing.
