Description

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues where necessary to ensure a positive outcome.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and enhance service delivery.
• Provide detailed product and service information to customers.
• Assist in processing orders, forms, and applications accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor and follow up on customer accounts, ensuring any outstanding issues are addressed.
• Support the team in achieving key performance indicators and service targets.

Profile

A successful Customer Service Executive should have:

• Previous experience in a customer service or support role, ideally within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
