Aspire People are currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated PE Teacher to join a secondary school in Rhondda Cynon Taf (RCT) on a full-time basis, starting after half term.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher who can deliver engaging Physical Education lessons, encouraging students to develop confidence, teamwork, resilience and a lifelong enjoyment of sport and physical activity.

The Role

Full-time PE Teacher position
Start after half term
Based in a secondary school in Rhondda Cynon Taf (RCT)
Teaching Physical Education across Key Stages 3 and 4
Planning and delivering engaging, practical and theory-based lessons
Supporting learners to achieve their full potential both academically and physically
Promoting participation, teamwork and healthy lifestyles
Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
Contributing to extracurricular sports clubs and activities

We Are Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent
Experience teaching PE in a secondary school setting
Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for sport and physical education
Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
Ability to inspire and motivate learners of all abilities
Willingness to support extracurricular activities and school sports events
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
