Do you have experience supporting students with additional learning needs or challenging behaviour?

A dynamic and innovative College based in The Vale of Glamorgan is seeking experienced, strong Teaching Assistants to join their team. This full-time role has the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

You will work closely with teachers to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment for students with additional learning needs. Strong communication skills and effective behaviour management are a must. Upholding the College's policies and ethos is expected.

Experience working with the following is beneficial:

• Autism
• Asperger's
• Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
• Dyslexia
• Emotional and Behavioural Disorders (EBD)
• Epilepsy
