What we are looking for...
We are searching for outstanding Events Executive to join our bustling Sales and Revenue team.
You will have outstanding interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service. You will thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment whilst retaining a sense of calm under pressure. With a natural ability to build rapport and an excellent telephone manner, you will be confident explaining all product options within The Celtic Collection. A positive outlook, a good eye for detail and being IT literate (Opera) is a must for this role. You will be a top multitasker with a sense of fun and professionalism in equal measure. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
What you'll do...
You will promote and sell all the facilities, specialising in golf of the Celtic Manor Resort in order to achieve the Resort’s financial budget.To provide an efficient and professional service to all customers with information that is clearly administered and communicated to all parties. To deal with our Tour Operators in a professional manner. To ensure that the correct allocations of rooms/courses are maintained at all times to achieve customer satisfaction. To implement and follow a sales strategy, using the systems and information available in order to achieve maximum rate and occupancy, thus achieving budget. You will utilise exemplary sales techniques and guest service skills while having a fantastic eye for detail.
