Grounds Maintenance Team Leader - North Wales

Kinetic Recruitment is looking for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to join a growing team delivering high-quality grounds maintenance services across local communities.

13.00 - 13.50 per hour (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
Leading and supervising grounds maintenance teams
Grass cutting, hedge trimming and shrub maintenance
Weed control and litter picking
Ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard
Liaising with customers and completing basic paperwork/system updates

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' Grounds Maintenance experience
Previous team-leading or supervisory experience
Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
Reliable, motivated and committed to delivering quality work
Experience operating grounds maintenance equipment
