Salary: 60,000 Circa + 25% Annual Bonus

Our client is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead operational activities across a diverse range of facilities, equipment, and business functions.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strong operational leader with genuine commercial instinct to lead multiple departments and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day site operations and ensure outstanding service delivery.
• Manage and develop department leaders and site teams.
• Drive operational efficiency, productivity and site performance.
• Take ownership of site budgets, forecasts and P&L performance.
• Ensure compliance with all health & safety and operational standards.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue and enhance the customer experience.
• Lead site projects, improvements and continuous development initiatives.

About You

The right candidate will have:

• Proven leadership experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager or similar senior role.
• Strong commercial awareness with budget and P&L responsibility.
• Experience managing large teams in a customer-focused environment.
• A confident decision maker with excellent people management skills.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong understanding of health & safety and operational compliance.
