Support Worker

Seeking a kind and caring support worker to support a young man in his own home within the Ferryside area.

Ideally you will have experience and / or qualifications within the care sector, however we can offer full training for those new to care, if they have the right qualities.

Supporting one individual only, as part of a small, happy and consistent staff team.

Ideally looking for cover for 3 Long days per week, working between 10am-10pm, mostly Sundays, Mondays & Tuesdays each week, with the rest of the week off. However, we are open to discussions around hours and shift patterns, and are open to discuss increasing / decreasing the hours available for the correct person.

Excellent working conditions, and rates of pay are subject to a pay review.
