Job Description

We are actively seeking applications from individuals keen to take up a career within one of Europe’s leading food processing companies. We are currently inviting applications for a Goods-In Administrator to join our well-established and dynamic team within one of Europe’s most respected meat processing businesses.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a professional and supportive environment where your contribution will play a key role in ensuring the smooth intake of goods into our facility.

Reporting directly to the Shift Manager, you will work as part of a small, dedicated team responsible for the accurate and efficient administration of all goods-in processes. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and confident in communicating with colleagues across all levels, including Team Leaders and Department Managers.

Full training will be provided.

  • Day : Shift B
  • Sunday : Off
  • Monday : Off
  • Tuesday : 6am-2pm
  • Wednesday : 6am-2pm
  • Thursday : 6am-2pm
  • Friday : 6am-6.30pm
  • Saturday : 6am-6pm

Responsibilities

  • Accurately record and process incoming deliveries.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth coordination of goods.
  • Maintain up-to-date records and documentation.
  • Support the Shift Manager with administrative tasks as required.
