Autograph Recruitment is growing, and we re looking for a motivated graduate to join our friendly team in Chepstow. You don t need recruitment experience or a particular type of degree. We ll give you the training, support and practical experience you need to develop a successful career.

• Finding and speaking with talented candidates

• Learning how to interview and assess applicants

• Writing and advertising vacancies

• Matching candidates with suitable opportunities

• Building relationships with candidates and local businesses

• Supporting candidates throughout the interview process

• Developing your sales, communication and negotiation skills

• Working towards achievable individual and team targets

• A recent graduate or currently completing your degree

• Confident and comfortable speaking with new people
