Job Description

The Senior Partnerships & Engagement Executive will support Learna's growth by developing strategic marketing partnerships and delivering B2B and B2C event activity that increases brand awareness, reaches new healthcare audiences and generates prospective student leads. A key focus will be building B2B2C partnerships with medical charities, professional bodies, membership organisations, medical societies and other healthcare affiliated groups, creating opportunities for Learna to reach their professional communities through collaborative marketing activity.

The role will also manage Learna's presence at relevant healthcare conferences, exhibitions and events, alongside supporting Learna hosted events and partnership activations.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnerships

  • Research and identify medical charities, professional bodies, societies and healthcare organisations that provide access to Learna's target audiences.
  • Proactively build relationships with marketing, membership and education teams to develop mutually beneficial B2B2C partnerships.
  • Develop partnership propositions including member benefits, educational collaborations, referral opportunities and co-marketing activity.
  • Manage the partnership pipeline from initial outreach through to activation, ongoing relationship management and renewal.

Partnership Marketing

  • Coordinate marketing activation packs for each partnership across email, social media, websites, content, webinars and events.
  • Coordinate with the Senior Product Campaign Executive co-branded campaigns that introduce Learna and relevant programmes to partner audiences.
  • Work with the wider Marketing team to develop campaign assets, landing pages, messaging and promotional materials.
  • Identify opportunities to use Learna's Programme Leaders, tutors and clinical experts within partner content and educational activity.

B2C Events

  • Plan Learna's presence at priority events, including messaging, promotional activity, stand requirements and lead generation.
  • Planning event logistics including booking accommodation, travel, and working with external providers for logistic planning.
  • Represent Learna at events and engage healthcare professionals with relevant programmes and educational opportunities.
  • Coordinate pre-event promotion and post-event marketing activity to nurture leads towards application and enrolment.

B2B Events & Networking

  • Identify and attend healthcare industry events that provide opportunities to meet potential partners and organisational stakeholders.
  • Research attendees and organisations ahead of priority events to identify partnership and networking opportunities.
  • Use conferences and networking events to generate new partnership leads and strengthen existing relationships.
  • Manage post-event follow-up to move relevant contacts into Learna's partnership pipeline.

Learna Events

  • Support the development and marketing of Learna hosted webinars, educational events, networking sessions and conferences.
  • Work with Marketing, Programme Leaders and faculty to develop relevant event themes, speakers and content.
  • Identify opportunities to co-host events with strategic partners to expand audience reach and strengthen relationships.
  • Coordinate event promotion, registration, attendee communications and post-event nurture activity.

Performance & Growth

  • Track partnership performance across audience reach, leads, applications, enrolments and revenue influenced.
  • Measure event performance including leads, conversion, cost per lead, cost per acquisition and ROI.
  • Maintain CRM records and report on partnership pipeline, marketing activity and outcomes.
  • Use performance data to identify which partnerships, audiences and events should be developed, scaled or discontinued.

Key Requirements

Essential:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Event Marketing, Business or a related discipline
  • Proven experience in marketing, partnerships, events, business development or a related role
  • Full clean drivers license with access to your own vehicle
  • Demonstrable previous experience delivering marketing campaigns or events designed to generate leads and audience engagement
  • Strong marketing mindset with understanding of audience acquisition, campaign planning, lead generation and conversion
  • Flexible and willing to travel regularly across the UK; comfortable working occasional evenings or weekends around events

Desirable

  • Demonstrable experience working with external partners, professional organisations or membership communities
  • Experience within healthcare, medical education, higher education or professional membership sectors
