We are looking for a Health & Social Care Assessor who demonstrates genuine respect for every learner, communicates with openness and integrity, and brings creativity to engage learners who may have faced barriers to education. You will be motivated to inspire and empower learners to progress, while maintaining clarity in your planning, decision-making and communication. What you will do:
You’ll work directly with learners in their workplaces, online and in training sessions, supporting them through their apprenticeship journey from start to achievement.

This is a field-based role across South Wales, meaning you’ll regularly visit learners in their workplace and bring learning to life in real-world settings.
