1. This is a hands-on role: you will set the channel strategy, run PPC day to day, and manage our Amazon agency, while working closely with Operations, Finance, our creative team and leadership.

Mission of the Role 

Own the PROMIXX Amazon channel (across markets), from strategy and listings to advertising and profit. 

This is a hands-on role: you will set the channel strategy, run PPC day to day, and manage our Amazon agency, while working closely with Operations, Finance, our creative team and leadership. Reporting directly to the head of marketing and ecommerce, it is ideal for a builder who wants full ownership and visible impact. It is a priority hire, so we would like someone to start as soon as possible. 

What You’ll Do 

Amazon Strategy & Growth 

• Own the Amazon strategy across catalogue, pricing, promotions, creator connections, and launch sequencing for new and existing products. 
• Set clear priorities for each quarter and keep them tied to company targets. 

Agency Management & Advertising 

• Manage our Amazon agency end to end: write briefs, review performance, and hold them to budget and targets. 
• Direct PPC strategy and run it day to day, with virtual assistant support, against ACOS and TACOS targets. 
• Keep paid spend from cannibalising organic demand. 

Listing & Catalogue Health 

• Keep content quality, A+ content, and the brand store at a premium, on-brand standard. 
• Manage review and rating trends, and watch inventory and IPI health, flagging stock risk early. 

Reporting & Profitability 

• Own the Amazon P&L view: revenue, margin, fees, and contribution margin. 
• Report Amazon Revenue and Contribution Margin each month, explain what moved, and recommend what to do next. 

Creative & Content 

• Brief our offshore designer on A+ content, listing imagery, and the brand store. 
• Work from approved templates from our internal creative team, and review work against brand standards before it goes live. 

Cross-Functional Partnership 

• Work with Operations on stock, inbound, and inventory health. 
• Work with Finance on pricing, promotions, and margin. 
• Work with leadership on strategy and product development, so Amazon is built into the plan for every new launch. 

What Success Looks Like 

• Amazon revenue and contribution margin growing against plan 
• Advertising efficiency (ACOS and TACOS) on target, with organic share and share of voice improving 
• An agency that delivers on time and in scope 
• Healthy listings, strong ratings, and no avoidable stock-outs 
• Every new launch planned for Amazon from day one 

You’re a Great Fit If You… 

• Have 3+ years of hands-on Amazon experience, owning a channel in Seller Central (premium consumer or DTC brand experience ideal). 
• Have managed an Amazon agency to targets, and know PPC, ACOS, and TACOS inside out. 
• Are confident owning a channel P&L and are comfortable with tools like Helium 10. 
• Are a builder: resourceful, organised, and able to own execution end to end. 
• Can brief creatives precisely and read the numbers, all in the same day. 
• Want ownership, autonomy, and influence within a global, design-led brand. 

Nice to have: experience launching new products on Amazon, Brand Registry, A+ content and brand store experience, and working with offshore or virtual assistant teams. 

You must have the right to work in the UK. 

Package 

• £40,000 – £50,000 base, depending on experience 
• Share Options
