About the Role
As a Secondary School Teaching Assistant, you'll play a key role in helping students thrive both academically and personally by:
Supporting students aged 11-16 in and outside the classroom
Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with ALN, SEN, SEMH, and additional learning needs
Helping to build confidence, resilience, and engagement with learning
Working closely with teachers to deliver an inclusive and supportive learning environment
Supporting behaviour management and encouraging positive outcomes for all learners
