Vision for Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistant to work with a primary school within the Caerphilly area. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of young students in primary education.

Responsibilities:
- Engage pupils in their learning through 1:1 session and small group activities
- Assist the class teacher by preparing materials and resources for lessons
- Supervise children during lunch breaks, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment
- Handle general administrative duties to support the smooth running of the classroom
- Collaborate effectively with fellow team members, contributing to the school s culture and ethos
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for providing children with the best possible educational experience
What We Look for in You?
- Enthusiastic individuals with a genuine passion for education
- Demonstrated interest in supporting pupils to overcome learning barriers
- Prior experience working with children and young people, preferably in an educational setting
- Ability to effectively and positively manage challenging behaviour with empathy and patience
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, maintaining a professional demeanour at all times
- Attainment of a good general standard of education (GCSE Grade C or equivalent) in both English & Maths, alongside IT proficiency
- Proficient in Welsh is advantageous, though not essential
