Secondary ICT Teacher

A high-achieving, inclusive and modern school in Caerphilly are looking for a ICT Teacher to join their friendly school team for the duration of the academic year, starting as soon as possible. The school has a friendly, community feeling and a real sense of pride in their school community. Newly Qualified Teachers / NQTs are warmly invited to apply for this Science Teacher position.

The ideal ICT Teacher will have the following:

• The ability to teach ICT up to KS5;
• A willingness to become involved in the school community;
• Experience supporting and differentiating for Additional Learning Needs (ALN);
• The ability to manage behaviour in the classroom to ensure students remain engaged in their work;
• The ability to engage well with lower ability pupils and offer extra support;
