Swn-y Gan provides personalised nursing and residential care for only 28 ladies and gentlemen in a purpose built care home situated in the village of Penclawdd, on the North side of the Gower Peninsula. Our experienced registered nursing teams provide round-the-clock support, with qualified nurses on duty 24-hours a day, so the care you need can be carried out when is most convenient and comfortable for you.
