Adra is the largest housing association in north Wales with over 6,300 homes, set up in 2010. Since then we’ve spent £136m improving our tenants’ homes and bringing them up to the Welsh Housing Quality Standard.
We are busy building even more homes for rent and for sale across north Wales to meet the shortage of affordable housing.
We invest in the local economy, using local providers and contractors, to provide quality, affordable homes and services as well as creating and securing jobs and work opportunities.
