Driver essential for the role of Senior Cleaner/Caretaker. You will be required to drive a transit van and also have access to a vehicle that is covered by business insurance for times when the company vehicle may be off the road.

The Wallich provides accommodation to people who are experiencing homelessness, many of whom have complex needs such as alcohol misuse, substance misuse and mental health.
We're looking to recruit an enthusiastic and energetic person to join a team dedicated to providing clients with a safe environment in which to build their confidence and promoting opportunities for positive change.
As the post-holder, you will be responsible for managing our voids and ensuring all 44 properties we manage receives the cleaning and maintenance they require. You will be doing this onsite and in partnership with a multidisciplinary team of support staff, specialist staff and external partners.
The Successful Cleaner/Caretaker will come from a hands-on background and be confident in general/domestic Cleaning and DIY tasks. Those with experience as a Handy Person, Trade Worker or Caretaker will be ideal, although those from other backgrounds will be considered. You will be able to work autonomously and be a team player to support the team on other activities.
