The role: As a Marketing Apprentice, you will be an integral part of our marketing team, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing strategy, execution, and analysis. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop skills and knowledge in areas such as digital marketing, content creation, market research, and PR. 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Content Creation: Contribute to the creation of engaging content for our website, blog, social media platforms, and other marketing materials. This may include writing blog posts, drafting social media posts, and designing graphics.
• Social Media Management: Assist in managing and growing our social media presence by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analysing performance metrics.
• Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, customer demographics, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
• Data Analysis: Analyse marketing data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement. Present findings and recommendations to the marketing team.
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, such as organising files, scheduling meetings, and assisting with event planning.
• Video Production: Assist in planning, shooting, and editing videos for marketing purposes. This could involve filming product demonstrations, customer testimonials, behind-the-scenes footage, or promotional videos.

Requirements (but not all essential):

• A strong interest in marketing.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Creativity and a willingness to contribute innovative ideas.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
