Visitor Engagement Officer Fluent Welsh Speaker

Full Time post – 35 hours per week*
Salary: £22,000pa 

*flexible hours to cover weekends as required

Our vision is to transform Techniquest into a contemporary hub for audiences to engage with STEM (science, technology, engineering and maths). 

We are seeking a fluent Welsh speaking Visitor Engagement Officer to join our Projects Team. This role will research, design and deliver programmes (e.g. shows, workshops, outreach, events), exhibits and media, for both school and public audiences through the medium of Welsh.

The ideal candidate will ideally have a Degree in science or education, experience of public or schools engagement/presenting, fluent Welsh creative writing skills and experience of developing curriculum linked resources or teaching materials.
