The ability to drive using the family vehicle is essential
Our client is a young man with Cerebral Palsy who requires support to live independently within his own home. He attends activities such as Pedal Power and enjoys visits to the cinema. A key part of this role will be to encourage him to explore and attend further education, social and leisure facilities within the local area as well as promoting his independence.
You will be warm, patient and reliable, have excellent communication skills and maintain a consistent and proactive approach, whilst being flexible, reliable and enthusiastic, and will encourage and support our client to access all possible opportunities available to him.
A full induction and training will be provided.
This role is subject to an Enhanced level DBS check.
Case Management Cymru delivers person-centred specialist case management to adults and children with acquired brain injury, birth injuries, learning difficulties, spinal or orthopaedic injuries, mental health issues and older adults with diminished capacity.
