Outreach Support Officer

We are looking for a Outreach Support Officer to work with the residents who have moved into our shared house or into their own tenancies from young persons temporary accommodation. The purpose of this post is to support young people settling into what is often their first independent home. Provide support to residents in their own homes helping them achieving goals, maitain their tenancies and secure or maintain education and or employment.

You should be experienced in working with a vulnerable client group and be able to demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative and be flexible to the clients needs.
