Advocacy Support Cymru (ASC) is a registered charity with offices in Cardiff and Swansea. We provide Independent Mental Health and Mental Capacity Advocacy Services across most of South Wales, employing 44 employees.
Our charity, a leading provider of mental health advocacy, is looking for an experienced Marketing & Fundraising Manager to join our team.
You will have strong people management experience, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, be a good relationship builder with effective negotiating skills and relevant business planning experience. You will be proactive, innovative and highly organised with strong project management skills, a meticulous attention to detail and a demonstrable track record of preparing successful tenders.
Marketing, social media and brand management experience are highly desirable.
MARKETING & FUNDRASING MANAGER VACANCY (CARDIFF BASED)
The successful candidate will be responsible for researching, leading and managing potential development and funding streams, in addition to building the marketing and communication function. The role will be a key driver in the promotion of the organisation, as well as securing funding, and building Partnerships with other organisations.
The salary band for the role is £30,044 to £32, 582 based on a 37 hour week. This is a permanent full time role at 37 hours per week.
You must be able to drive and have access to a car during the working week.

Our Advocates can support in relation to treatment, medication, services, rights and options and will enable you to have your say in your treatment and care.
Advocates will not give advice, offer counselling, provide mediation or befriend. They will not judge the wishes of those they support or look to seek to persuade a client into a particular course of action.
Advocates provide information to people to help them understand what options might be available, but do not decide or advise which one to take.
