Looking to work with a consultancy which can really take your career to the next step?
Fancy working with a consultancy with ambitious plans where you can cement your position for future promotions?
If you're looking for career progression, more responsibility and the chance to progress as quickly as you see fit? This one's for you!
About the company?
This relatively new consultancy is now on the hunt for an Intermediate level Electrical Engineer to join their growing and thriving team. Regardless of the covid lockdowns and restrictions, this company has gone from strength to strength and now need assistance with their ever-increasing pipeline of work. They are currently based outside of Cardiff but working remotely with plans of occupying a new 'hot desk' style of office.
Working across all sectors, this small sized consultancy is looking for an individual with ideally experience in complex engineering, sectors such as healthcare, pharmaceutical and datacentres to name a few. They seem to be doing a lot of healthcare work so can offer some really exciting projects for you to get stuck into.
In terms of training, they would be able to offer direct one to one training and mentoring. Due to their size, you would be reporting to one of the directors, working alongside them on their projects as well as your own.
Ideally, we are looking for an individual with around 3 years' experience at a stage where they are confident with taking on responsibility and looking after their own select projects with minimal support.
They are a sociable team of individuals and are now looking for a similar personality to join, ideally someone who can use Revit and is confident working in front of clients and in meetings.
Due to the covid restrictions, this consultancy are all working from home with plans to adopt a similar working structure when things return back to normal - a couple of days in the office a week would be required initially for training and introduction, after you would be working remotely coming back into the office sporadically when needed.
