About The Role:
What you will do
You will be responsible for reviewing and processing manual documentation in relation to retail finance applications in line with internal and regulatory requirements, along with handling inbound calls and make outbound calls, where required.
You will process queries from retailers as well as requests from other internal departments and escalating priority cases timely in order to further enhance customer experience.
What you will bring
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
Previous experience of customer contact and administration duties would be a benefit.
