An exciting opportunity has arisen for you to join our NYAS Cymru team as a Workforce Development Officer.
NYAS is a leading national children’s charity; delivering services across Wales and England when children and families need someone on their side.
NYAS Cymru provides advocacy to children and their families to ensure their rights and entitlements are upheld and their views, wishes and feelings are heard within decision making processes.
The children and young people NYAS work with might be in care, have a disability or special needs, be subject to child protection plans, have mental health difficulties or their parents might be separating.
We are currently looking to appoint a Workforce Development Officer who will support us to develop, implement, facilitate and assess a range of training opportunities and to offer continuous support for our workforce development across Wales in line with developing training and accredited opportunities for care experienced young people and vulnerable adults. We will also look to promote the learning opportunities through external partnerships and networks.
