DESCRIPTION  
Our client is a small business in the Aberdare area. They are creating a new position of Bookkeeper / Office Coordinator. Duties will include:

Book-Keeping / Accounts
- Day to day Book-keeping using Sage package
- Sales ledger maintenance
- Purchase ledger maintenance
- Processing and typing of all orders
- Liaising with accountant to ensure accountancy compliance
- Debt collection


General
- General writing of letters and completing of information forms
- Maintenance of filing systems and photocopying
- Typing of all correspondence letters,
- Purchasing and stock control of all office stationery
- Maintenance of all office equipment
- Photocopying, faxing, franking, mailing etc of correspondence/documents


This is a temp-perm position with the permanent salary starting at £17,000 and rising to £18,000 after a successful probationary period.
