|Food Service Manager|
|This privately owned 33 bedroom, 3 star Coaching Inn hotel is looking to recruit a Food Services Manager.|
The ideal candidate would have previous experience in a busy gastro restaurant where emphasis is on quality and not volume. You would be responsible for the smooth operation of the food service department to include; staff rotas, training and development; health & safety; maintaining standards of service while continually striving to improve the standards of product and service; maximising sales whilst controlling costs as laid down in the budget.
You will ensure the efficient and effective running of the food service department, creating a work environment that promotes positive attitude, pride and good morale.
You must be calm, flexible, and able to work through emergencies. A positive attitude towards customer service and have a relentless appetite for improvement and keen to over deliver guest expectation and perceptions, have a warm and welcoming demeanor.
