At Case Management Cymru we provide highly professional, bespoke case management to adults and children with a range of life-changing conditions/injuries.
We pride ourselves on delivering a specialist service that recognises the uniqueness of every client; all with very different aspirations and challenges.
We are looking for a warm, patient and reliable individual to support a 6-year-old boy at school and in his own home in the Carmarthen area. The client had a traumatic birth and as a result requires a higher level of help than his peers.
Having excellent communication skills and maintaining a consistent and proactive approach, you will help him follow school and therapy programmes, social & leisure outings plus some personal care. After school care will include his sister aged 10.
The successful candidate will encourage and support him to access all these opportunities and more (ability to drive with use of a car is essential)
Whilst experience in this area of work is preferred, it is not essential as a full induction and training will be provided.
This role is subject to an Enhanced level DBS check.
