Company Description

Taff was established in 1975 to purchase and refurbish inner city homes that had fallen into poor condition.

Today it is a successful community based Housing Association with over 1500 homes in the Canton, Fairwater, Grangetown, Riverside and Butetown areas of Cardiff, as well as specialist supported housing projects for young women in Roath and Canton. Our Head Office, Alexandra House, is located in Canton, within easy reach for our Tenants. Taff is one of the best performing Housing Associations in Wales.
In addition to our landlord role, we are major support providers, having secured contracts from a number of local authorities in South East Wales. Taff is committed to equality of opportunity, and is keen to promote diversity in employment and service delivery.
