Service Manager – Denbighshire

Hours: 37.5 per week (Includes one sleep in per week)

Salary: £21,964 – £24,191 Hafal Salary Scale Point 31 - 34                       

Holidays: 25 days per year (pro-rata rising incrementally to 30 days) plus 8 public holidays

Period of Notice: 1 week during probation, 4 weeks thereafter

Probationary Period: 6 Months but can be extended if needed

Based at: Rhyl - Hafal Denbighshire

Responsible to: Director of Registered Services/ Registered Manager

Job Purpose:

To improve the lives of people who are homeless and not in receipt of or not eligible for secondary mental health services. The role involves being the main point of contact for the supported housing project for both statutory and other voluntary agencies, to ensure positive and effective professional working relationships are established and maintained for the staff, clients, and volunteers within the project.  To develop the project and to ensure the timely, efficient and effective management and delivery of services within the project in line with our commitment to principles of empowerment, self-management and recovery and ensuring compliance with internal and external quality standards inspection and regulation (including CIW).
