Learner Representative

Basic salary: £20,000 per annum, rising to £21,500 per annum plus car uplift equating to £1,800 per annum with option to exchange this for a company car after successful completion of 6-month probationary period. Additional benefits of generous holiday package, contributory pension scheme and more. Starting Total Reward Package, up to, £23,000 per annum.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to be the representative voice of ACT learners across all programmes, local schools and partners. You will work across two teams: the Marketing & Communications team and the Quality team.

Within the Marketing & Communications team, you will promote ACT’s Traineeship and Apprenticeship programmes to schools and their pupils, as well as other key stakeholders.

Within the Quality team, you will be our link between delivery teams, our learners and other stakeholders, to really help us to improve the experiences that we’re able to offer them during their time at ACT.

The role is based at Ocean Park House, Cardiff and fits within the Quality Team reporting to the Senior Quality Manager.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is required as frequent travel is to be expected.
