We are currently recruiting for a Customer Care Advisor to work in this fast paced call centre.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

Processing centralised prescriptions
Ensure all orders are kept up to date
Handle urgent emails
Keep customers informed
Support he inbound team in times of heavy phone traffic

To be considered, we are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

Proven track record of customer service skills
Previous call centre experience
Ability to learn new skills quickly
Excellent attention to detail and time management skillsIn return, my clients are offering a starting salary of £17650 pa. The working hours are Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm
