Acorn Recruitment is searching for a Supply Chain Administrator to join a manufacturing company based in Flint, North Wales.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager the purpose of the role is to provide administration support to the production and warehouse functions to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Duties will include:

*Maintaining accurate stock records including regular stock takes to support other departments in achieving service level agreements for customers and minimising costs.
*Responsible for goods inward deliveries and ensuring an auditable paper trail.
*Entering information onto the Quality Management System to maintain ISO accreditation.
*Collection and collation of data in order to create accurate sales / production reports for management.
*Order processing and booking in of deliveries onto the inhouse system.
*Accounting duties including assisting in the preparation of month end figures / purchase ledger / credit control duties inputting payroll information and raising of customer invoices.
*Liaison with customers, resolving queries and generally building strong client relationships to ensure longevity of business.

The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role working within a manufacturing / production environment. Knowledge and experience of Sage account systems is advantageous.

Hours of work are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday

Salary £negotiable dependant on experience to offer
