Adecco are proud to be recruiting on behalf of North Wales Police for an experienced Administrator to support their Firearms Teams in the thorough and effective management of all training records, compliance information and personnel files.

The post will be based across 2 bases on the St Asaph Business Park, with occasional travel outside of the area to attend meetings with partner forces.

Role is initially to cover until December 2020.

The key duties of the role are to maintain the in-house computer system 'Chronicle'. Using this system, you will be managing and updating all information relating to staff training records and compliance requirements. You will be liaising with various departments to ensure all training courses are logged, updating where personnel move departments or gain additional access, notifying the relevant departments when new training is required and other additional admin duties.

This is a varied and interesting role supporting a key operational department. You will be liaising with various teams in the North Wales Police area and Cheshire and providing ad-hoc admin support to these teams and their PAs.

* Confident IT user with ability to learn new systems comfortably
* Intermediate Excel user
* Excellent attention to detail
* Understanding of compliance and record keeping
* Adaptable and able to manage changing priorities
* Able to plan and manage own workload
* Able to communicate with staff at all levels of seniority
* Excellent written communication skills
* Able to travel independently around the area to attend occasional meetings

The post is full time, Mon-Fri working 37 hours per week. Start and finish time are flexible.
