Description

Core Duties:
* Deliver processes
* Help with end to end bespoke customer journey
* Ability to handle quality calls
* Deal with general enquiries
* Ability to create basic reports
* Keeping on track with KPI's
* Liaising with customers and workshop manager
* Other ad hoc admin responsibilities
* Ability to use Salesforce (CRM System)

Job Offer

What's on offer:
* Salary: £20,000 - £23,000
* Full time, temporary position from 8.30am - 5.30pm daily
* Exposure to the design / creative industry
* Working within a close-knit team
* Ability to run your own diary
