Our fast-growing Financial Services client are recruiting for a Complaints Executive with Financial Services experience to join their successful Complaints department.

A key responsibility will be for working with other areas of the business to provide training and feedback to colleagues to improve their complaint handling skills in accordance with internal policies and processes.

The successful candidate will have previous experience of working in a frontline customer facing role that included complaint identification, investigation and resolution. Knowledge of FCA, DISP rules and the application of these in the financial services industry.

JOB ROLE
* Supporting the business with all customer related complaints
* Frontline customer contact
* Complaint investigation and resolution
* Root cause analysis
* Identifying/owning the completion of preventative actions to reduce future complaints

REQUIREMENTS
* Be able to identify customer situations that may require specialist handling (e.g. vulnerability or fraud) and refer as appropriate
* Knowledge and experience of working with FCA DISP rules
* A minimum of 5 GCSE (or equivalent) passes including Maths and English at grade C or above are required
* Full CeMap or commitment to achieving it within 12 months
* Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
