Export Co-ordinator - Holland

Monday to Friday; 9:00am - 5:30pm

£17,340 plus bonus based on targets related to the role

What can I expect to be doing working as an Export Co-ordinator?
* Managing orders for the Dutch territory
* Managing after sales for the Dutch territory
* Managing daily bespoke reports for the Dutch Territory
* Answering inbound calls from customers identifying their needs to maximise orders
* Working with the Internal Sales Team with customer enquiries
* Assist with calls in relation to customer disputes identifying their needs and ensuring their requirements are met
* Dealing with customers in a professional and courteous manner - ensuring the customer is satisfied at the end of each call
* Assisting with customer returns - raising and crediting as required

What skills/attributes do I need?
* Dutch speaker is desirable
* Excellent communicator
* Good business sense
* Initiative and enthusiasm
* Good planning and organisational skills
* The ability to work calmly under pressure
