Curriculum and Quality Lead

Basic salary: £27,000 per annum rising to £28,500 per annum. Additional Benefits: generous holiday package (shutdown period of 4 weeks during the summer period), contributory pension scheme, healthcare scheme and much more. Total Reward package up to £29,500 per annum.

We are looking for a passionate individual who will oversee the quality and development of ACT’s School provision and implement effective quality assurance and qualification processes.

The role will involve the development of systems and processes for our recently registered independent School in line with internal and external Awarding Body requirements. You will also support Tutors in providing the best possible delivery to learners.

Whilst experience and exposure to behavioural, emotional and social difficulties (BESD) is not essential, an understanding of this would be advantageous. 

The role is a peripatetic post, working across all of our school sites (Caerphilly and Cardiff). The post fits within the Schools team, reporting to the Senior Schools Manager.
