ENGIE are recruiting for a Multi Skilled Engineer to be based at Monnow Vale Health Care Facility. This is a permanent, full-time role. On offer is a competitive industry salary and high quality benefits package.

General Overview:

Based at Monnow Vale Health Care Facility, the Multi-Skilled Engineer will be responsible for the technical performance and maintenance of standards on site.

Main Responsibilities/Duties Include:

* Ensure compliance with statutory and company procedures, maintaining up to date knowledge of H&S and environmental regulations, and helping us to achieve our Zero Harm target.

* Install, commission and service plant equipment.

* Diagnose, fault-find, commission systems and monitor facility performance, through PPM programme, identifying any additional works required.

* Understand and meet ongoing customer requirements, develop effective working relationships with business partners, suppliers and sub contractors.

* Ensure that all issues are reported to the Team Leader/Technical Services Manager

Required Qualifications, Skills or Experience:

* To be an experienced Mechanical/Electrical technician with a proven track record.

* Highly multi skilled individual in building services.

* Fully qualified electrician; Qualified to IEE 17th /18th edition.

* Testing and certification of electrical installations.

* Working knowledge of Cooling systems, AHU's & Split pack Air conditioning will be an advantage

* Knowledge of BMS systems to fault diagnostic level
