My client is a marketplace company offering monthly, all-inclusive vehicle subscriptions to customers who want a digital experience, flexible contracts and transparent pricing. They work directly with five automotive manufacturers, a team of insurance underwriters and they are backed by one of the most active early stage investors in Europe, the Development Bank of Wales Technology Fund.

They began their life in London before opening their new home in Cardiff. You will be one of the first new team members in their new Headquarters, 5 minutes from Cardiff Central Station.

The Role: Senior Product Manager

The value within their tech stack is the seamless and fully automated user journey. In addition to this the future integration with telematics technology will offer them total visibility in who is driving the car, where the car is and how the car is being driven. In the future the additional services enabled by this technology will be a key focus for their business

They believe that their product, whilst highly technical, will deliver a best-in-class user experience where complexity is hidden. To that end, you'll be a creative, technical product thinker, capable of working across the entire platform optimising UX workflows. They are looking for applicants that blend technical knowledge with commercial perspectives and industry experience

As a Product Manager you will:

Work directly with the CEO & the engineering team to hone our product roadmap and strategy
Communicate across departments and ensure all stakeholders are committed to and excited about what we are building - you'll need to focus on the 'why', not just the 'what'
Work closely with the cross border engineering team to launch impactful improvements, ensuring their successful delivery through clearly articulated requirements
Prioritize feature requests from our team, new prospects and current clients and think critically about what we should decide not to build
You'll work alongside amazing, high-performing colleagues, both on the Commercial and Engineering sides of the business
The Requirements:

>5 years experience in launching and managing digital products
Proficient in UX/UI best practises
Experience managing a strong team in multiple locations
Familiar with lean and agile methodologies
Automotive experience helpful but not a must
Proficient with Slack, Trello, Github among others
Confident presenting to senior executives
Demonstrate your ability to be self-sufficient as well as working in a close tight team
Our Culture:

They are all part generalist and willing to take on any challenge

They strategize diligently and celebrate the milestones heartily

Always asking questions and always learning

They will succeed as a team and support from colleagues is unconditional

Every team member will have the opportunity to own part of the business we are building together
