A leading business looking for an IT Support Analyst based in Cardiff

Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing telephone and desk-side support

Key responsibilities:
* 1st / 2nd Line Support
* Day to day support for desk-based and remote users.
* Administration of user accounts and security permissions on various platforms.
* Support/Administration for O365.
* PC software installations and configurations including Operating System.
* Hardware rollouts and refreshes.
* Ensure that all support calls are recorded accurately on our helpdesk system.
* Configuration and build of new PC's, laptops and mobile devices

Profile

The person:
* Experience of working in and providing 1st / 2nd Line Support
* Experience of IT related issues covering PC's, laptops, mobile devices, telephony and networking.
* Technology (Essential) - Microsoft technology; Windows, AD, O365, Server, Exchange, basic networking, VLAN etc…
* Active Directory & group policy
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Windows 7/10 & O365
* Microsoft Active Directory
* Knowledge of Citrix, Remote Desktop (RDS)
* Knowledge of telephone (VoIP) and Network (LAN/WAN TCP/IP)

Job Offer

£20,000 - £25,000 based on experience
