Personal Assistant
£11 per hour
37.5 hours per week but our client would consider 30 hours per week.

Our client is looking for a PA to work on a temporary basis.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Providing a personalised and pro-active secretarial support to Partners including arranging meetings and liaising with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Producing high quality reports and documentation for correspondence and tendering purposes in the practice style
• Overseeing all administrative functions within the office
• Monitoring the progress of the administrative elements of projects and liaising with colleagues to ensure completion
• Managing the petty cash and expense ledgers
• Overseeing the domestic and day to day requirements of running the office
• Maintaining filing and information retrieval in an efficient manner
• Managing incoming and outgoing communications including phone, post and e-mail
• Working with our practice IT consultants as a first point of problem resolution, as needed.
• Liaising with other branches where work requires coordination
• Working to tight deadlines where required for tenders or meet project programmes
• Maintaining high quality and accurate work throughout, as befits a professional practice

The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, require us to keep work-seeker records for at least one year from the date of their creation or after the date on which we last provide work-finding services. Where applicable, we must also keep payroll records, holiday pay, sick pay and pensions auto-enrolment records for as long as is legally required by HMRC and associated national minimum wage, social security and tax legislation.
As an individual, you have several rights in respect to the processing of your personal data, all of which can be reviewed on our website. This includes the right to withdraw consent at any time by contacting the Recruitment Consultant with whom you initiated contact, or any other employee at St David Recruitment Services.
