Solutions Factory Team based in Cardiff designs, develops, delivers and supports a wide range of solutions for our clients. Cardiff is one of Deloitte's centers for supporting services and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our 1st Line Support function.

Your role
As a 1st Line Support team member you will be the first point of contact for our clients, supporting solutions to ensure availability, good functionality of the applications, and provide excellent customer support. You will work with innovative technologies to maintain and monitor client solutions.

Supporting the client solution
* Provide first of support for some of the most iconic and influential brands in the world
* Log tickets in our in-house build ticketing system and assign them to second or third line
* Work with nationwide development and support teams to ensure performance of client applications

Technology platform support
* Performance monitoring of the Solutions Factory platform
* Work with Cloud technologies
* Support the platforms for errors

Work pattern:
This is a permanent contract opportunity to be worked on a full time basis.

Your professional experience
* A bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science or an engineering related discipline, or evidence of technical skills through work or other ventures
* Evidence of providing excellent customer service
* Flexible multi-taskers. This is a dynamic role and you'll be working on multiple projects at the same time
* Enthusiastic team players who can also be relied upon to take the initiative and solve problems on their own
* Confident and professional communicators who aren't afraid to ask questions
